They say autistic adults and learning disability's choose to live with benefits because they don't want to work but this isn't always the case because there feels like there is this wall up against autism/learning disability's adults getting refused  jobs because employee's have this stigma that autism adults don't understand. A lot of autistic and learning disability's adults are refused jobs for something they can't change it not a disease it a part of who they are. An ensample I went for a volunteer job with one company and without even knowing me or meeting me just because my references told them I have mild autism I was turned down. Are lives might be different but we are still capable i don't understand why it such a red flag disability's and working environment.
